These terms apply to everyone who uses occultsaathi.com — people looking for a practitioner, practitioners who list with us, and students and customers of our courses and software. By using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are

OccultSaathi is a brand operated by NumberWise, GSTIN 09CVXPS7316B1Z0, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. "We", "us" and "our" in these terms mean NumberWise, trading as OccultSaathi.

What OccultSaathi does

OccultSaathi is a directory. It connects people looking for guidance with independent practitioners of numerology, astrology, tarot, Vastu, Reiki, energy healing and related practices.

We are not a party to any consultation. When you contact a practitioner through the site, any arrangement you make — the consultation itself, its fee, its timing and how it is delivered — is between you and that practitioner.

Practitioners are responsible for their consultations

Practitioners listed on OccultSaathi are independent. They are not our employees, agents or representatives.

• Each practitioner is solely responsible for the advice they give, the services they provide, the fees they charge and their conduct towards the people who contact them.
• We do not supervise consultations and are not responsible for their content, quality or outcome.
• Any dispute about a consultation is between you and the practitioner.

We review listings before they are published, and the OS badge marks practitioners trained through our own programmes. This review is limited: it is not a guarantee of any practitioner's ability, advice or results.

About the guidance itself

Numerology, astrology, tarot, Vastu, Reiki and energy healing offer guidance and reflection. They do not predict events with certainty, and no practitioner can guarantee an outcome.

Guidance from these practices is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters, and continue any medical treatment you are receiving. Decisions you make after a consultation are your own.

For practitioners who list with us

• You confirm that the information in your listing is true, and that you have the right to use the photo and content you provide.
• You agree to deal honestly and respectfully with everyone who contacts you through OccultSaathi.
• A listing runs for twelve months from the day it is published. A move to a larger listing is charged for the months remaining, and does not change the renewal date.
• We may decline, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or the subject of genuine complaints, or where a practitioner acts in a way that harms the people who contact them or the reputation of OccultSaathi.
• We count how many times seekers tap to contact you, and share that count with you.

Courses and software

• Course content, recordings and study material are for your own learning, and may not be copied, shared or resold.
• Software is licensed for your own professional use only. Logins and copies may not be shared or resold.
• Certificates are issued on completion of the requirements of each programme.
• Class recordings. Classes may be recorded. By joining a class, you agree that NumberWise and OccultSaathi may use these recordings, including your image, voice and name as they appear in class, on their websites and social media to show and promote their programmes. If you do not want to appear in material we publish, write to sushmasingh.ciil@gmail.com and we will not use recordings in which you can be identified from then on.

Payments and refunds

All fees are non-refundable once paid. This applies to listings, courses, skill courses and software subscriptions. Where a programme is paid in instalments, the instalments agreed at enrolment remain payable.

Content on this site

The design, text and logo of OccultSaathi belong to us. Practitioners keep ownership of the photos and information they provide, and allow us to display them on the site and in promoting OccultSaathi while their listing is active.

Liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a consultation with a practitioner, from decisions made on the basis of any guidance, or from the site being temporarily unavailable.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
