NumberWise respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what control you have over it.
Who we are
NumberWise is the business that collects and holds your information. It is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
OccultSaathi is a brand operated by NumberWise. If you gave your details to NumberWise and later hear from OccultSaathi, you are dealing with the same business and the same people. Your information is not shared with any separate company.
Our invoices are issued in the name of NumberWise, under GSTIN 09CVXPS7316B1Z0, whichever brand you bought from.
What we collect
When you enquire Your name and mobile number. If you contact us through a WhatsApp advertisement, we receive the number you message us from.
When you become a customer Email address, postal address and PIN code (needed to issue a GST invoice), date and place of birth where your service requires it, and a Google account address if your course includes access to recordings.
When you use our website Pages visited and time spent, through standard analytics. Cookies are used for this and you can decline them.
Payments Handled by your bank or payment provider. We record the amount, date and reference number. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Why we collect it

These are separate purposes and you can agree to some and not others. Agreeing to receive a consultation does not mean agreeing to receive marketing. You can accept one and refuse the other, and change your mind at any time.
How we contact you
Mostly by WhatsApp, because that is where most of our conversations happen. Also by phone, email and SMS.
You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by writing to the address below. We will still contact you about a service you have bought — a class timing, an invoice, a certificate — until that service is complete.
How long we keep it

We do not keep enquiry data indefinitely in the hope you may buy later.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to
- Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied
To exercise any of these, write to the grievance officer below. We will respond within 30 days.
How we protect your information
- Stored on access-controlled Google Workspace systems
- Two-factor authentication on every account that can reach your data
- Access limited to the people who need it to serve you
- Regular backups, held to the same standards
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information
- We do not share it with other businesses for their marketing
- We do not store your card or bank details
- We do not use your birth details for anything other than the service you asked for
Class recordings
Classes may be recorded. By joining a class, you agree that NumberWise and OccultSaathi may use these recordings, including your image, voice and name as they appear in class, on their websites and social media to show and promote their programmes. If you do not want to appear in material we publish, write to sushmasingh.ciil@gmail.com and we will not use recordings in which you can be identified from then on.
Third parties
Our website links to external services such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Their privacy practices are their own, and we suggest you read them.
We advertise on Meta platforms. When you respond to an advertisement, Meta processes your information under its own policy as well as ours.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child's information has reached us, please tell us and we will delete it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified to you directly.
